Launching Discarded with a zero-waste luxury cocktail experience.

Discarded’s product range is created entirely from conventionally wasted ingredients. Their identity is built around the beautiful potential of waste and as they scale up they wanted to bring their purpose to life by leading change in an inherently wasteful industry.

We created ‘The World’s Most Rubbish Bar’ – an immersive cocktail experience reframing “waste”. Cocktails were crafted from local waste and furniture and accessories were sourced from trash. Menus, uniforms, a bar made from recycled pub floorboards, and a centrepiece, created in collaboration with sustainable designer Sally Hogarth, all from drinks-industry waste.

Partnering with The Nomad, Lyaness, Silo, Artesian, Eve Bar and The Gate, we educated guests and trade on how to deliver excellence in waste-free experiences, across three themed rooms that let guests explore the different worlds of three zero-waste Discarded spirits.
